Two ways to delete
Pick whichever works — same outcome.
Option A · Recommended
In the app
Fastest. Closes your session immediately.
- Open Sleepy on your phone (Android or iOS) and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Profile at the bottom right.
- Open Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option B · Fallback
By email
If you can't access the app.
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your identity, confirm by email, and complete deletion within 30 days.

Before you delete
Two things you may want to do first.
- Cancel your subscription first. Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled in your store account. Deleting your Sleepy account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Export your data if you want to keep a copy. In the app, go to Profile › Settings › Privacy › Export my data. You'll get a JSON file with your profile, child profiles and sleep entries.
What happens to your data
Most of it is gone within 30 days. Some records we're legally required to keep longer.
